i found a beautiful blue ccm tourister (vintage canadian bike) in the basement of my house when i moved in. nearly two years later, i finally got it out and in working condition. i love my bike, but what i realized about vintage bikes...the seats are horribly uncomfortable and they're not very sturdy, no "pumping" your way up a hill. nope, instead i get off and walk it up :) i'll try and get a picture up soon, in the meantime, enjoy these:

then today i came across this photo on the lovely captivate me. i love when i find things like this.

i have long been looking for the artisit of the painting in my header. a friend of mine saw it online and thought it looked like me (it TOTALLY does, btw) but neither of us were able to contact them. if any of you know, PLEASE do tell...xo
